Is removal included?

Yes. Takedown is included with our full-service installation. After the season, we return to safely remove your display so you do not have to deal with ladders or cold January weather.

What happens if a light goes out?

If there is an issue with lighting we installed, contact us and we will take care of it. In-season service is included as part of our full-service approach.

When should I book my Christmas light installation?

The earlier, the better. Prime installation dates fill quickly as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach. Booking early gives you the best selection of installation dates.

Do I need to be home during installation?

Usually not. As long as we have the necessary access to the property and electrical outlets, most installations can be completed without you being home.
